Too much stress makes it difficult to manage daily living. Mindfulness has been shown to be an effective solution.
Mindfulness training will close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. It helps you connect with your authenticity, stabilize your energy levels, and balance your mind so you’re empowered to create your best life. This will open up an entirely new field of possibilities.
A practice group may be the single most important thing you can do to transform your life. Practicing in a group helps you learn faster and easier than you would on your own!
MEMBERSHIP IN THE MONTHLY MINDFULNESS GROUP
- Weekly online group meetings (and audio recordings in case you miss a call)
- Weekly guided mindfulness practice and Q and A
- Connection and support between calls in our private member’s-only Facebook group
- Each group meets three times every month for 60 minutes per call. CHOOSE FROM:
- WEDNESDAYS from 6 – 7 PM PACIFIC
- SATURDAYS from 10 – 11 AM PACIFIC
- There are a maximum of 12 people per group so you will always get individualized attention.
- I strive to match the experience levels, goals, and personalities of the people in my groups so you will love your new peeps!
- You’ll have 24/7 access to our member’s-only Facebook group so you’ll always get the support you need.
- There is no requirement for the number of months you stay in the mindfulness group. You are welcome to leave at any time. However, it’s best if you commit to at least 3 months, preferably 6, in order to develop a solid practice and start to see results.
