A Call for Change, Vision, and a New Identity
No female leader should feel unsupported. None.
Unfortunately, that’s not the case.
It’s become so commonplace, so accepted, that women in the workplace are struggling that many people think it’s normal.
We’re working for positive change as starters, creators, and accelerators. We’re disrupting old systems.
At the same time, we’re balanced on a very, very thin edge, ourselves.
I get it.
15 years ago, before I really got traction as a leader in my business as well as in the association that I founded …
I was there, too.
Feeling tired, overwhelmed, and even frazzled some days. Driving myself hard. Seeing the impact on my family,
Trying to ignore the situation I was in. Making a valiant effort to cope.
Getting closer and closer to the brutal reality of burnout.
I had to finally understand that my mindset and approach were wrong.
When I changed them, everything else changed, too.
I’m on a mission now.
I don’t want you to go through the same thing that I did.
I don’t want you to spend another minute spinning your wheels.
My coaching club for women Firestarters begins in February.
It’s going to give you the leadership support you need, when you need it.
You’ll learn how to:
√ Effort less, and accomplish more
√ Develop the gravitas that gets attention – and results
√ Create the level of success, fulfillment, and impact you desire.
All you have to do is decide to stop forcing yourself through the hard stuff by yourself.
For me this is more than a coaching program.
This is a movement.
I’ll share more about this movement in the days to come. Thanks for being with me!
To your success,
