Coaching is offered at one monthly subscription price which includes all the coaching you need, whether delivered in deep dive sessions, laser sessions, or over chat and email. You will always have full control over your subscription and you may cancel at any time.

My coaching style is based on evidence-based science along with the deep presence that comes from 25 years of mindfulness practice.
